Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
  • Proven experience managing projects in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).

Work Environment:

This role may require occasional travel and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
