Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong technical project management capabilities to lead complex data, application, and analytics initiatives. This position will work across business and IT teams to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade data solutions using Power BIAzure Cloud, and Python / .NET technologies. The role requires both hands-on technical expertise and the ability to manage full project lifecycles from conception to completion.


Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
  • Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and objectives.

  • Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Track and report project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Communicate status, updates, and issues effectively to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Facilitate key project meetings, including kick-offs, status reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and company standards for documentation, reporting, and technical governance.

Technical Responsibilities
  • Utilize Power BI for enterprise data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting.

  • Lead and oversee Azure Cloud development projects to ensure scalability, security, and performance.

  • Guide and participate in application development projects using Python or .NET technologies.

  • Support and lead data delivery initiatives, working closely with business partners to gather and document technical requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational data standards, security policies, and cloud architecture best practices.


QualificationsEducation & Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline required.

  • PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.

Experience
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in data development, analytics, or technical project management.

  • Proven track record of managing Power BIAzure, and application development initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of SDLCAgile, and DevOps practices.

  • Demonstrated experience with data delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Technical Skills
  • Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modeling)

  • Azure Cloud (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, DevOps, Blob Storage)

  • Python and/or .NET development

  • SQL and data integration (ETL) experience

  • Familiarity with project tools: JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, Confluence
