We are expanding our Technology Division and seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to help build and scale AI-powered solutions for both internal operations and client-facing applications.


Position Summary

The Senior Solutions Architect will serve as the senior technical leader within the Technology Division, responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing scalable AI-driven solutions. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, clients, and development resources to ensure successful technical delivery and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Lead the architecture and development of AI-native technology solutions.
  • Design scalable cloud-based applications and multi-tenant environments.
  • Establish security, governance, and infrastructure best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and oversee the resolution of technical issues.


Client Engagement

  • Lead technical discovery and solution design discussions with clients.

  • Experience integrating third-party platforms and APIs.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.


Preferred

  • Experience with AI, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs) technologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, or similar AI platforms.
  • Professional services, financial services, legal technology, or B2B SaaS experience.
  • Experience leading distributed or remote technical teams.
