The Marketing Technology Solutions program within Mastercard is building cutting-edge, intuitive, intent-driven marketing products to empower our customers, generate high-value leads and fuel the Mastercard brand.
We're looking for a Technical Program Management Analyst to support our engineering scrum teams and program management team. This role focuses on enabling delivery, maintaining program processes, and supporting coordination across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
This is an entry-level role designed to build foundational program management skills, with exposure to large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
This role reports to the Director of Project Management and partners closely with Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
About The Role
As a Technical Program Manager Analyst I at Mastercard, you will:
Support the planning and execution of technology programs by helping coordinate work across product, engineering, and business teams
Assist in maintaining program structure, including visibility into timelines, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery health
Partner within the Technical Program Managers team to ensure alignment across teams, processes, and systems, helping close gaps that could impact execution
Contribute to consistent program operations by supporting governance, intake, and release processes, and ensuring teams are following established standards
Operate within an Agile environment, supporting team execution and helping drive alignment around priorities and delivery expectations
Facilitate communication across stakeholders and help ensure information flows effectively across the program
Support opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen how teams work together

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple priorities and keep work moving forward

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges

Atlanta, Georgia: $61,000 - $102,000 USD
