• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, integrating evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other empirically supported methodologies.
• Manage and maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists in regular case consultations to discuss treatment progress and enhance service delivery.
• Actively provide education and resources to clients and their families, helping them navigate mental health conditions and better understand available treatment options and community services.
• Stay informed on current trends and advancements in the mental health field, bringing innovative solutions to the therapeutic process.
• Participate in professional development opportunities such as training sessions and workshops to continually refine your therapeutic skills and methodologies.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, or LMHC within New York State.
• Proven ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to customize treatment strategies based on individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
