Who: A CPA-certified tax professional with at least 5 years of experience in corporate income tax accounting, including ASC 740 reporting and federal/state compliance.
What: Responsible for managing quarterly and annual tax provisions, overseeing compliance, coordinating with external tax providers, and supporting tax strategy and audit processes.

Position Overview:
The Income Tax Manager will oversee the preparation and reporting of quarterly and annual income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740. • Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
  • Analyze and support financial audits with appropriate tax disclosures under GAAP.

  • Support tax credit studies, capital project reviews, and M&A tax assessments.
  • Respond to internal and external tax inquiries and regulatory correspondence.
  • Maintain strong internal tax controls and ensure compliance with company-wide policies (SOX, EEO, etc.).

Qualifications:
  • CPA license required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate tax accounting with ASC 740; public accounting background a plus.
  • Experience with SAP, ONESOURCE Tax Provision, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, research, and technical writing skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to company offices and facilities.
