Job description

Are you a software integration expert who enjoys improving how enterprise implementation teams deliver technical solutions? Do you thrive on standardizing complex integration workflows and enabling others to implement with confidence? Are you excited to partner across Product, Consulting, and Customer teams to build scalable implementation practices that accelerate customer success? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.
As a Field Services Enablement Specialist, Technical Consulting at Ridgeline, you will serve as the subject matter expert for technical implementation methodologies and integration best practices across our services organization. You will bridge Product and Consulting by guiding implementation teams, enabling consulting partners, and developing scalable frameworks that drive consistent, high-quality technical implementations. Your work will directly influence how customers integrate with Ridgeline's platform, helping accelerate partner readiness, standardize delivery, and improve implementation quality across a growing ecosystem of consulting partners. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies-including AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Glean-to improve documentation, training, implementation methodology, and operational efficiency across our services organization.
At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions-not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If this excites you, we'd love to meet you!
You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
The impact you will have
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Ridgeline's technical implementation methodology, including API integrations, ETL workflows, data migrations, and system-to-system connectivity
  • Partner closely with Product Management to translate new product capabilities and customer feedback into scalable implementation standards and best practices
  • Define, document, and continuously improve standardized implementation methodologies for technical integration workstreams across customer engagements
  • Build and maintain a delivery assurance framework that ensures partner-led implementations consistently meet Ridgeline's quality standards
  • Enable and support third-party consulting partners through onboarding, training, office hours, documentation, and structured shadowing opportunities
  • Develop and own technical learning paths and curriculum for Ridgeline Academy, preparing internal consultants and partner consultants to independently lead customer implementations
  • Provide strategic guidance for complex customer implementations, helping implementation teams navigate challenging integration architectures and technical design decisions
  • Collaborate with consulting teams, sales teams, and implementation partners to design scalable integration solutions for sophisticated investment management organizations
  • Identify implementation inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and lead change management efforts that improve consistency and scalability across the services organization
  • Capture feedback from customer implementations and partner engagements to influence product enhancements, implementation tooling, and delivery methodologies
  • Build scalable partner enablement frameworks that reduce partner ramp time and support an expanding ecosystem of implementation partners
  • Foster a collaborative environment by openly sharing knowledge, mentoring consultants, and promoting a culture rooted in ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement

What we look for
  • 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions with a strong emphasis on technical integrations
  • Experience implementing B2B software, ideally within the investment management or financial services industry
  • Deep understanding of API-based integrations, ETL concepts, system-to-system integrations, and enterprise integration architectures
  • Working knowledge of Python or Java used within implementation or integration environments
  • Experience building, standardizing, or improving implementation methodologies across multiple customer engagements
  • Demonstrated experience enabling, mentoring, onboarding, or training consultants, partners, or customer-facing teams
  • Ability to influence and drive adoption of new implementation standards without direct management authority
  • Strong consulting presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience partnering with Product Management to influence product direction through implementation insights and customer feedback
  • Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for continuously improving implementation quality and operational efficiency
  • Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in a business domain
  • An aptitude for problem solving and clear communication in fast-paced environments
  • Serious interest in having fun at work

Bonus
  • Experience implementing investment management platforms or front-, middle-, and back-office investment workflows
  • Familiarity with vendors and integration patterns commonly used within the investment management industry
  • Experience with REST API's, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar enterprise integration platforms
  • Experience building learning programs, certification content, or enablement curriculum
  • Experience leading partner enablement or consulting partner ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and Slack
