A Remote Technical Assistant is a professional who provides technical support and assistance to clients, teams, or organizations from a remote location. Their responsibilities often include troubleshooting software or hardware issues, guiding users through technical processes, managing support tickets, and sometimes assisting with system installations or updates. They use communication tools such as email, chat, or video calls to interact with clients and resolve issues efficiently.
