Join us as a Senior Analyst in our thriving Product Analytics team, where you'll unleash the power of data to fuel innovation. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, with Product Analytics serving as strategic thought leaders to stakeholders across Product Management, Design, User Research, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. You'll be the trusted partner of a skilled peer group, playing a pivotal role in surmounting complex analytical challenges that fortify our product and technology strategies. This role isn't just about data; it's about driving innovation and making a tangible impact.ย 

Data is our compass, guiding every decision, especially within our product endeavors. If you're passionate about funnel analytics, conducting A/B experiments, causal analysis, and delivering insights which manifest in product decisions and customer impact, then we are excited to connect with you.

What You'll Do:ย 

  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders on exciting business problems, actively shaping the team's strategic direction and focus while driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance.
  • Analyze all aspects of ezCater's product and site funnel, identifying points of friction, areas of opportunity, turning your analysis into a prioritized roadmap.ย ย 
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to quantify opportunities, define success metrics, and deliver recommendations to be built into the product experience and influence the product strategy.ย 
  • Design, implement, and review experiments (A/B, multi-armed bandit, etc.) to measure impact and uncover future opportunities for iteration and optimization.ย 
  • Use data-driven analyses, A/B tests, and statistical models to uncover customer behavior insights, optimize product strategies, and deliver tangible customer impact.
  • Root cause changes to business performance, partnering with stakeholders to deliver upon north star metrics and achieve organizational goals.ย 
  • Navigate trade offs with imperfect data while working with data platform peers to improve data quality and governance.ย 
  • Leverage AI to accelerate analytics throughput and expand your blast radius.ย 
  • Share product domain expertise, raising the technical and analytical bar, acting as a thought leader and mentor to peers for collaborative growth.

What You Have:ย 

  • 3+ years of relevant quantitative or technical analysis experience, preferably in product analytics or e-commerce
  • Demonstrated experience solving ambiguous, high-impact business problems independently
  • Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis, coupled with experience in statistical modeling (Python preferred)
  • Proficiency in site analytics and experimental test designย 
  • Knowledge of modern data exploration and visualization tools like Snowflake, Tableau, and Sigma
  • Effective communication skills to convey data insights across different audiences
  • Independent worker with cross-functional collaboration ability and adeptness in presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking capability
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings, and other events, when applicable.

The national total targetย cash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $120,000-$146,000 annually.*
