As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with our organization, you will play an essential role within our clinical team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Facilitating family therapy sessions to address relational dynamics and conflicts.
• Identifying and developing treatment plans for clients dealing with a variety of issues including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, blended family challenges, and communication difficulties.
• Utilizing remote technology to provide flexible teletherapy options, ensuring your clients have access to care wherever they are.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive treatment approach tailored to each client's needs.
• Documenting all client interactions accurately to maintain compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.

This role will involve working with a diverse population that includes both adults and children/adolescents. You will be expected to address various clinical concerns such as:

• Alcohol Abuse
• Physical/Psychological Abuse
• Grief and Loss Issues
• Family Conflicts and Sibling Rivalries
• Job Stress and Medical Issues
• Blended Families and Issues arising from Separation or Divorce
• Communication Difficulties among Family Members

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.
• Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to therapy.

Ideal candidates will also have experience in:

• Working with various populations including children, adolescents, and families.
• Utilizing telehealth technologies in a therapeutic setting.
