• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health status and create individualized treatment plans reflecting their unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions via secure digital platforms such as Zoom or dedicated therapy software, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.
• Engage with clients in setting therapeutic goals, providing empathetic guidance and support as they navigate their mental health journeys.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, tailoring approaches based on client preferences.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to organizational policies and state regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to reflect on practice, discuss challenges, and enhance your skill set.

Your role will involve working with a diverse group of clients, including those suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Utilizing remote technology, you'll provide an accessible and stigma-free approach to therapy, reaching underserved populations throughout Dallas, Texas, and beyond.

• Must possess a current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and establishing therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated compassion and understanding towards clients’ struggles, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and keep organized documentation remotely.

• Experience in telehealth delivery and familiarity with virtual therapy tools will be an advantage.
• Previous work in community health settings or experience that reflects cultural competence in treating clients from various backgrounds.
• Continuing education or specialized training in evidence-based practices is desirable.

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
