• Conduct remote therapy sessions through our secure online platform, engaging clients in meaningful dialogue aimed at understanding their mental health challenges.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, identifying specific client goals and actionable steps to achieve them.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, utilizing this information to adapt treatment plans as warranted and to provide tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring that documentation meets ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and case managers, to coordinate care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in areas relevant to telehealth and mental health best practices.

You will primarily support diverse client groups experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues. Our patients often come from varied backgrounds, including individuals in low-income brackets, providing you with a fulfilling opportunity to make a meaningful impact where it’s most needed.

• A master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Genuine empathy and understanding of cultural competencies when working with a diverse clientele.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients through virtual interactions.
• Ability to maintain focus and adaptability while managing a diverse case load across various therapeutic modalities.

• Prior experience delivering individual therapy via telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency with teletherapy tools and electronic health records.
• Experience working with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• A history of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams within clinical settings.
