The ideal candidate will hold credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and will provide essential telehealth services to teenagers and young adults. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and individual therapy sessions focused on a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs and therapeutic goals of each client.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in line with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Research and utilize best practices in the field, continuously refining therapeutic techniques to enhance client care.
  • Triage client needs and supervise tasks among peers to manage a high caseload effectively without compromising service quality.
  • Expand therapeutic resource pools by linking clients to community services and other relevant supports as needed.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client population includes teenagers and young adults facing a spectrum of behavioral health concerns. This demographic may present unique challenges and require culturally competent therapeutic approaches to effectively engage and support their growth and healing processes.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
  • An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
  • Proven ability to effectively build rapport with clients and maintain strong therapeutic alliances.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document client experiences and share insights with the team.
