• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions, using teletherapy tools to guide clients through their mental health challenges.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that encourages clients to share their emotions and life experiences.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs, utilizing solution-focused techniques grounded in your clinical expertise.
• Actively advocate for the needs of clients, helping them to articulate their goals and work collaboratively towards achieving them.
• Regularly assess and monitor clients' progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to maintain alignment with clinical best practices.

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adult individuals dealing with moderate mental health concerns. Each client undergoes a thorough pre-screening process to ensure they are appropriate for teletherapy and possess a low acuity level. This allows you to concentrate on building therapeutic relationships without the complication of severe mental health crises. Our matching system connects you with clients whose needs align with your areas of expertise, enhancing the therapeutic process.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Possession of valid licensure to independently practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency in developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor, ensuring clients feel seen and heard.
• Proficient in the use of teletherapy platforms and comfortable with the technology involved in remote counseling.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, focusing on teletherapy or remote counseling.
• A strong background in evidence-based practices and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural competency to enhance client rapport.

Silver Way Rehabilitation Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, directly correlating with hours worked and professional experience. In addition to an attractive salary, we provide:
