As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in various essential tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for students to develop tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
• Implementing an array of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customized to the needs of your clients.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records to comply with HIPAA regulations while ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
• Collaborating closely with educational staff, including teachers, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to create a holistic treatment atmosphere that supports academic and emotional growth.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the quality and effectiveness of care provided.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and local community resources available for further support.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health and incorporating evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approach.

Your primary focus will be on students facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. You will utilize your expertise to foster resilience and coping strategies among these young clients, empowering them to navigate their emotions and experiences effectively, thus contributing to their academic success and overall personal development.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychological service delivery, preferably in school or community settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and team members.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to address complex client needs.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience working within school systems or with child and adolescent populations.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies specific to remote therapy delivery.
• Understanding of community resources and referral processes available for students and families.

Strong Mind Behavioral and Psychological Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide an extensive benefits package that includes:
