  • Deliver high-quality remote mental health care through an 8-week structured evidence-based program.
  • Continuously monitor participant progress, providing follow-up communications and recommendations for care coordination.
  • Document session notes accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA privacy and security standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to assist participants in accessing necessary resources and obtaining required consent forms.
  • Identify and promptly address high-risk encounters with participants by adhering to established company protocols.
  • Engage in team meetings and discussions for ongoing professional development and coordinated care efforts.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality while ensuring compliance with ongoing training requirements.
