• Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships grounded in professionalism, ethics, and mutual respect.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, ensure stability, and plan for appropriate discharge when necessary, thereby fostering client autonomy.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.
• Create and maintain precise documentation, including detailed progress notes for each client, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine optimal treatment strategies.
• Facilitate individual therapeutic sessions each week, utilizing various modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions, promoting personal and professional growth while refining clinical skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

By understanding factors such as socioeconomic status, background, and life experiences, our counselors can provide a safe, supportive environment conducive to effective treatment.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience providing clinical outpatient services.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for record-keeping and client management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.

• Experience in a telehealth environment, showcasing adaptability to virtual counseling methodologies.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Prior collaborative experiences with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, determined by experience and qualifications. Mindful Support Wellness employs a Fee-for-Service model, providing guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, eliminating delays in reimbursement.
