Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, personal history, and overall therapeutic needs, ensuring tailored treatment plans are developed.
• Offer both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices, addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, facilitating client progress.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals, interventions, and therapeutic approaches that resonate with client aspirations and values.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and appropriate referrals as needed.
• Educate clients on various mental health topics, equipping them with coping strategies and outlining available community resources that promote wellness.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of client care through accurate and confidential records, including assessments, treatment progress notes, and compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Adhere to ethical therapy practices, ensuring client confidentiality, informed consent, and professional conduct in all interactions.
• Demonstrate cultural competence by being sensitive to the unique needs of clients from varying cultural backgrounds, ensuring inclusive care.
• Engage in collaborative practices alongside a diverse team of mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and support staff, to contribute to a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will engage with a varied client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
