Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse patient demographic, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, collect relevant history, and synthesize data to inform treatment strategies.
• Facilitate individual therapy, and where necessary, conduct family and group therapy sessions to address broader mental health issues.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all patient interactions, ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on patient feedback and progress.
• Participate in clinical supervision and peer feedback processes to enhance professional skills and contribute to team learning.

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in the state of Washington.

• Proficiency in conducting telehealth sessions, reflecting strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specific populations, such as adolescents, veterans, or those with substance use disorders, is a plus.
• Previous involvement in telehealth programs and familiarity with digital counseling platforms such as Zoom or similar.

Compensation and Benefits
