• Conduct comprehensive virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, encompassing various therapeutic modalities to meet client needs.
• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans based on thorough diagnostic assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other mental health professionals in the school system to support students’ emotional and behavioral needs.
• Document case progress and client interactions accurately and confidentially using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Provide psycho-education to families and facilitate support groups that promote community engagement and healing.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Uphold ethical standards and contribute to a culture of care that prioritizes the empowerment of clients through inclusive practices.

This role emphasizes serving a diverse population, including youth, families, and adults facing behavioral and emotional difficulties. You will work predominantly within school settings, collaborating closely with educators and parents to support the mental health of students. Our clients may present challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, which require a sensitive and tailored approach to therapy.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical practice, demonstrating a solid foundation in providing mental health care.
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally responsive therapeutic practices.

• Experience working in school-based mental health settings or with diverse populations is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution can enhance your work with clients.
