We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Specialists. In this remote role, you will assist clients with planning, coordinating, and booking personalized travel and lifestyle experiences while providing exceptional customer support throughout every stage of the process.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, possess strong communication skills, and are looking for a flexible work environment. Whether assisting with vacations, cruises, celebrations, special events, or customized experiences, you will play an important role in ensuring clients receive outstanding service and support. No prior travel industry experience is required, as comprehensive training and onboarding are provided.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with planning and coordinating personalized travel and lifestyle experiences
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activity recommendations based on client preferences
  • Manage reservations, bookings, and itinerary details accurately and efficiently
