AV Taxi Rides is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers with ride bookings, scheduling changes, and service-related questions
- Provide accurate information regarding transportation services and company policies
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to support customer needs
- Update customer information within company systems
- Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
