Position Overview: As a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager, you will take on a leadership role within our tax practice, working closely with clients to provide high-quality tax services while managing a team of tax professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, strategic thinker who is looking for a dynamic role with real equity opportunities and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate tax services
  • Oversee tax planning and strategy for Clients in Many different industries (Real Estate, Construction, Tech, Retail Professional Services, Manufacturing etc..)
  • Lead a team of tax professionals, providing mentorship, training, and guidance
  • Review complex tax returns, including S Corps, C Corps, Partnerships, and individual filings
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and work closely with clients to develop tax strategies
  • Stay current on tax law changes and apply this knowledge to client service
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with partners and senior management to develop firm strategies and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong technical tax knowledge, including corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, collaborative team setting
