This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while offering flexibility and work-life balance. You'll have access to modern telehealth technology to facilitate virtual consultations, assessments, and therapy sessions. As part of a collaborative team, communication occurs through various digital platforms, ensuring you’re supported and connected with your colleagues and our community partners.

• Coordinate and document transitions between hospital and outpatient services, working closely with hospital staff to support safe and effective discharges.
• Utilize crisis de-escalation techniques daily to provide support for clients, serving as the Clinician of the Day, with responsibility for ensuring a therapeutic milieu.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop personalized safety plans for clients exhibiting increased risks of crises.
• Complete same-day documentation for all client interactions, particularly for those at high risk of requiring crisis intervention services.
• Report any critical incidents within 24 hours, ensuring compliance with organizational policies while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours care coordination, demonstrating commitment to client support beyond standard hours.
• Proactively engage clients in conversations and interventions aimed at avoiding crisis services, leveraging therapeutic techniques to promote self-efficacy.
• Create and maintain crisis alerts for better coordination with county crisis services to ensure comprehensive care for participants.
• Perform other administrative and clinical tasks as requested to support hospital transitions and service enhancements.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Brighter Tomorrow Healthcare Services, you will engage with a diverse client population, focusing on individuals navigating mental health challenges who require compassionate support and intervention. Your role will involve working closely with both adult and adolescent clients, each with unique life experiences and therapeutic needs. You will be pivotal in helping individuals stabilize their situations, facilitating their access to necessary mental health resources in a structured and empathetic environment.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to maintain a calm demeanor during crisis situations while effectively communicating with clients.
• Superior listening and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
• A capacity to manage multiple priorities and a high caseload with an organized, detail-oriented approach.
• A demonstrable ability to motivate clients and maintain an enthusiastic attitude toward their mental health journeys.

• Experience in a telehealth setting, with familiarity in digital therapeutic methodologies.
• Proven expertise in crisis intervention and management.
• Previous work with underrepresented populations and individuals facing systemic barriers to mental health care.
• Knowledge of local resources and community services in Redmond, Oregon, beneficial for client referrals.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
