• Utilize automatic symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal progress indicators to continuously monitor and adapt treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through an easy-to-use therapist portal that supports a paperless office approach.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic models, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification strategies, and brief therapy techniques to guide effective counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan for clients, participating actively in a supportive therapist community.
• Deliver weekly therapy sessions via synchronous live video, employing evidence-based practices to serve adults facing a broad spectrum of emotional disorders.
• Formulate comprehensive mental health diagnoses according to DSM-5 standards, developing viable treatment plans that include therapeutic interventions and support resources.
• Engage with the Therapy Leadership Team for support and consultation, enhancing your clinical acumen and ensuring the quality of care.

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients dealing with a range of emotional and mental health disorders. This diverse population may include individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. A commitment to delivering culturally responsive care is critical, as our client base reflects varied backgrounds and experiences, requiring a therapist who is personable and adaptable to their unique needs.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution (degrees such as MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, or PsyD are acceptable).
• An active independent license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to practice in the state where you reside; having multiple state licenses is advantageous.
• A strong comfort level with technology and a willingness to integrate digital solutions into your therapeutic practices.
• A genuine desire to work with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and respect in your approach to mental health care.

• Experience in telehealth or virtual therapy settings is highly regarded, given the remote nature of this position.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic models, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy and other modalities effective in treating the adult population.
• A track record of collaborating successfully with multidisciplinary teams to achieve holistic care objectives.
