About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Software Engineers / AI Engineers to help train and improve next-generation AI systems.

You’ll work on real software engineering tasks such as debugging, feature development, code refactoring, and performance optimization. You’ll also help create environments that test how AI models solve complex engineering problems.

No previous AI/ML experience is required. Your software engineering expertise is what matters most.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust
  • Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures
  • Experience debugging complex software issues
  • Strong background in feature development and code refactoring
  • Experience improving software performance and scalability
  • Strong communication and attention to detail

Compensation
