Position Overview

Regaining Psychotherapy and Counseling Services, LLC is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic health team. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to provide holistic, trauma-informed care to a diverse client population while being an integral part of our community health clinic located in Abington, Pennsylvania. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in case management, individual and group therapy, assessment, and care coordination.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our community health clinic in Abington, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient needs, skills, and behaviors through interviews, direct observation, and standardized assessment tools.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions targeting a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic pain, and complex social issues.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, offering a safe environment for clients to explore their emotions and develop coping mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other medical professionals, to develop and implement integrated care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff and interns, providing guidance on best practices in social work.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse population, primarily adults facing severe mental illness and other complex life challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of the symptoms and treatment modalities associated with various psychological conditions. Your ability to empathize with patients from different backgrounds and experiences will be essential in providing effective support and fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A comprehensive understanding of clinical best practices, particularly in trauma-informed care.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, working within a multidisciplinary team to treat patients with complex behavioral health needs.
  • Proven expertise in providing therapeutic interventions to adult clients, particularly those dealing with severe mental health issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
