Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing specialized assessment tools to establish a thorough understanding of each client's mental health needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals.
• Provide focused, one-on-one counseling sessions targeting various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions aimed at resolving relationship dynamics, enhancing communication, and addressing familial conflicts.
• Design personalized treatment plans that are adaptable to each client's specific needs, setting clear objectives and selecting appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, emphasizing coping strategies, wellness resources, and available support systems.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, including proper documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Adhere rigorously to ethical guidelines and legal requirements that govern the counseling profession, with a strong emphasis on client confidentiality and informed consent.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting the competitive nature of the mental health field. Our fee-for-service model ensures that you are compensated fairly for your clinical skills, with guaranteed rates allowing for advanced payment without delays in reimbursement.
