Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy services to clients through visual or audio telehealth platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments that inform personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting methods to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Set client-centered goals in collaboration with clients, actively monitoring and evaluating progress toward these objectives throughout the therapeutic process.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with industry regulations and company protocols, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
• Foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients, employing a user-friendly scheduling tool to manage appointments and follow-up sessions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
