(This is a Full Time REMOTE Role)
We're seeking a driven and responsible SDR to join our REMOTE sales team. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating leads, providing top-notch customer service, and meeting all sales goals.

Mission and Purpose:
The mission and purpose of this role is to bridge the gap between sales and marketing - turning inbound leads into qualified appointments for our inside sales reps.

In practice, that means generating new qualified sales opportunities (appointments) from the warm leads (people who have researched/ know about our company or have had an interest in the past) that our marketing team collects as well as from our current customers (upserve opportunities).

When done right, this position will generate more qualified appointments for our inside sales reps while also increasing the show rate of those appointments - resulting in more lives changed and more revenue for the company.

    Sales Representative Requirements
    • [1+] years experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
    • Understanding of essential sales principles
    • Excellent customer service skills with an ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with great persuasion skills
    • Must be able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment

    Compensation & Benefits
    Monthly Pay Out + Commission - When performing within KPI on time earning for this role will be between $60,000-$100,000

    Full-time, 1099 position
