EAH Housing is seeking a full-time Talent Development Program Coordinator to join our Corporate team in San Rafael, CA. This hybrid position (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) plays a key role in coordinating training programs and events that support employee learning and growth. Responsibilities include managing logistics such as scheduling, communications, and attendance tracking, as well as supporting both virtual and in-person learning sessions. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent of education and experience. Must have 2+ years in training, HR or L&D role. Bachelors degree in HR Management or related field a plus. Experience with UKG, Success Factors, and Yardi Aspire preferred. Salary range: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $28.00 - $36.50 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Under general supervision and acting on own initiative, performs a key role in supporting the Talent Development function by coordinating and executing training logistics, administering the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for learners across the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build collaborative relationships with staff, vendors, and partners. Understands and supports EAH's mission and core values.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Development Operations and Logistics
  • Coordinates the logistics of employee onboarding (NHO), on-site and virtual training, employee engagement, wellness, and performance management sessions, including room scheduling, event setup and cleanup, ordering food and materials, and preparing sign-in sheets and name tags.
  • Ensures all training sessions and events run smoothly by supporting instructors and participants before, during, and after each session.
  • Maintains inventories of materials and order supplies as needed.
  • Assists with the performance management and succession planning processes, ensuring timely completion of annual and mid-year performance reviews.
  • Ensures performance and succession data is accurately captured in the performance management systems.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
  • Maintains accurate records in the LMS, including course enrollment, completion data, and training paths.
  • Registers employees for learning events, enrolls them in courses, and assigns learning tracks based on role and/or development needs.
  • Monitors LMS functionality and supports user questions or issues related to system navigation.

Employee Onboarding and Engagement
  • Supports the onboarding process for new hires by enrolling them in required courses, tracking completion, and managing surveys.
  • Collaborates with HR and departments to ensure onboarding materials and timelines are current.
  • Assists with the rollout and reporting of employee satisfaction and pulse surveys.
  • Creates regular opportunities for social connections through employee group activities and events designed at increasing employee engagement and satisfaction at Corporate and satellite offices.

Communication and Marketing
  • Manages the internal marketing of learning programs to increase participation and visibility.
  • Drafts and distributes communications promoting upcoming learning events.
  • Maintains training calendars and supports the creation of training materials and job aids.
  • Reporting and Compliance Tracking
  • Tracks participation in mandatory and elective training programs, including continuing education and certifications.
  • Generates and distributes monthly and ad-hoc reports on training completion, attendance, and evaluations.
  • Ensures training documentation meets compliance requirements and industry standards.
  • Vendor Coordination and Technology Support
  • Coordinates with external training vendors to ensure seamless delivery of sessions (both in-person and virtual).
  • Supports the technical production of webinars or distance learning events using various online platforms.
  • Provides basic troubleshooting and support for instructors and participants during virtual sessions.
  • General Administrative Support
  • Responds to Talent Development-related inquiries via phone, email and UKG People Assist with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assists with special projects and department-wide initiatives as needed, including regional summer events.
  • Supports a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
  • Actively participates in safety program.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years' experience in training, HR, or L&D role
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Experience with UltiPro/UKG system.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors system.
  • Experience with Yardi Aspire system.
