The role is predominantly outpatient, focusing on therapy and treatment initiatives.

• Conduct thorough client evaluations to identify mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Facilitate a range of therapy sessions, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy as appropriate.
• Utilize behavior management strategies tailored to each client's specific challenges, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Maintain and update comprehensive electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, peer reviews, and training programs to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Deeply Well, you will work with a diverse client base, including children and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. We strive to support individuals from various backgrounds, emphasizing an inclusive approach to mental health care that respects cultural perspectives and personal experiences.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure/certification as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health therapy in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred, along with an understanding of the documentation process within a telehealth framework.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in therapeutic settings.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and interventions.
• Background in family therapy techniques and collaborative approaches.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
