Overview

Are you someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working with technology? We're looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team and provide support for proprietary benefits administration platforms used by clients across the organization.  Please see position details below:

  • This is a temporary position that will start on 9/1 and will continue through November.
  • Pay is $23/hr.
  • This is a fully remote opportunity.  We will provide you with the equipment as long as you have your own high speed internet.
  • Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, Pacific Time.

How you'll make an impact
What You'll Do

As a Client Support Specialist, you'll serve as a key resource for clients and internal partners by supporting benefits eligibility systems and ensuring a positive user experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support.
  • Assist users with system navigation, troubleshooting, and general product support.
  • Maintain benefit eligibility records and process member updates accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve issues while partnering with technical teams when escalation is needed.
  • Document requests, issues, and resolutions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Support new client implementations, onboarding activities, and user training.
  • Conduct data audits and help resolve discrepancies.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system enhancements and functionality.
  • Manage customer correspondence and maintain accurate electronic records.
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Account Management, and IT teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
