Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions to clients with diverse clinical needs and backgrounds.
  • Utilize a billing service to manage client accounts, including claims, eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on therapy without administrative distractions.
  • Maintain meticulous records for all client interactions and progress notes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation that meets organizational standards.
  • Schedule and manage ongoing client appointments, along with maintaining an organized and updated calendar.
  • Engage in regular case reviews with colleagues to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance therapeutic approaches.
