We are currently seeking a Systems Integration to join our team in Newark, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and highly available enterprise applications
  • Define and drive application architecture, design patterns, and technology roadmaps
  • Lead development teams in building multi-tier, multi-threaded applications
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and .NET MVC-based applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce best practices in coding, security, and deployment
  • Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and scalability across platforms
  • Contribute to Agile delivery and implement DevSecOps practices across the lifecycle
  • Provide technical leadership in architecture decisions, code reviews, and system design
  • Manage integration with SQL and NoSQL databases (including Couchbase)
  • Oversee Windows-based infrastructure and directory services across on-prem and Azure environments

Core Technical Skills

Development

  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET (MVC, Web API / REST Services)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Solid experience in SQL and database design principles
  • Experience with Couchbase or other NoSQL databases

Architecture & System Design

  • Strong understanding of architecture patterns and best practices
  • Experience in multi-tier and multi-threaded application architecture
  • Proven ability to design large-scale, highly available, distributed systems
  • Experience in creating architecture roadmaps and system blueprints

DevOps & Methodologies

  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure SDLC
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation practices

Infrastructure & Platform

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows environments (Server & Workstation)
  • Expertise in Windows system configuration, services, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Active Directory and Windows-based directory services (on-premises & Azure)
  • Exposure to Azure cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure)
  • Exposure to containerization and platforms like OpenShift/Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in .NET development and solution architecture
  • Proven track record in enterprise-scale application design and delivery
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and technical mentoring ability
