  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions for recurring operational technology issues.
  • Support OT technology deployments including network setup, HMI installation, and industrial control integration.
  • Participate in proof-of-concept testing, continuous improvement initiatives, and system optimization projects.
  • Assist with IT and industrial control system integration projects across operational facilities.
  • Train and support operations personnel on OT systems, connectivity standards, and best practices.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting business-critical operational technology systems.
  • Travel to operational and industrial sites as needed for troubleshooting, upgrades, deployments, and support activities.

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and work on computers or industrial equipment for extended periods during standard and extended shifts.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 40 pounds, install hardware, manage cabling, and work around industrial machinery and operational environments.
  • Ability to travel to operational sites, work occasional evenings or weekends, and respond to urgent OT support needs when required.
