Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create detailed treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide consultation and develop pre-crisis and crisis management plans, including risk assessments and behavioral guidelines.
  • Document all clinical interactions and treatment activities promptly and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs effectively, partnering with the clinical team to foster successful outcomes.
  • Engage actively in licensing and accreditation activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Serve as a key liaison with external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance the continuum of care.
  • Promote open lines of communication within the team and with clients, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and contract standards.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with local and state agencies to secure funding and collaborative opportunities.
  • Pursue continual professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health practices.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to our overarching goals.

Qualifications
