As a Systems Engineer, you will collaborate with the other support team members and leaders to deliver timely resolutions to internal and external client support requests within the company's dynamic infrastructure environment, with a focus on Windows, Linux, and Cloud (AWS and GCP) environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work in a cutting edge and continually changing SaaS environment

  • Work within a ticketing system to resolve internal and external client requests while adhering to defined service level agreements

  • Work with the Systems Support Manager on new projects that arise from business needs

  • Createdocumentationthatwillbeutilizedinthedeploymentandmaintenanceofnew technologiesand systems throughout the company's infrastructure

  • Communicate plans for process improvement to the Systems Support Manager

  • Train and mentor new team members

  • Manage vulnerability remediation withstrict SLAs

  • Maintain an open and fluid communication relationship with the Systems Support Manager

  • Bringtotheattentionoftherespectiveparties,anyproblemsthatnegativelyimpactthe company's infrastructure
