Job description

GD Resources LLC is seeking an experienced Program Acquisition Applications & Analyst Specialist to provide remote support for federal acquisition systems, training, data analysis, reporting, and program operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training and guidance on eCMS, SAM.gov, IFCAP, VISTA, and related acquisition systems.
  • Develop training programs, instructional materials, and user guidance.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate training sessions.
  • Support system access, account setup, permissions, and user functions.
  • Coordinate with technical and program teams to resolve system issues.
  • Validate acquisition data and prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret acquisition data for management reporting and planning.
  • Conduct analytical studies supporting resource allocation and operational improvement.
  • Develop methodologies and metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare analytical findings, recommendations, briefings, and presentations for management.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise and user support for acquisition applications.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience with federal acquisition systems and analytical tools.
  • Experience with eCMS, SAM.gov, IFCAP, VISTA, CPARS, ProClarity, or similar systems.
  • Strong data-analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to management and users.
  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and customer-service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
