Interns typically help gather requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend technical solutions under the guidance of experienced analysts. This role provides practical experience in systems analysis, often involving tasks such as documentation, process mapping, and communication with stakeholders. It is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on exposure to IT systems and business analysis in a flexible, remote setting.
