This role is open to military spouse candidates located OCONUS in the following locations only: Germany, Italy, and Spain (EU); Japan, Korea, and Guam; and England (UK).

MUST HAVE: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech sales (3+ preferred), plus all other noted qualifications.Β 
Being a member of the sales and onboarding team, you will be the frontline expert helping leads learn the benefits of a suite of products. You will educate new leads on how to navigate our platform, achieve their business goals, and derive maximum value from our expense management and travel solutions. You will blend product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a drive to close new business to ensure an exceptional user experience across all touchpoints. You will own the sales and onboarding experience for new leads, supporting the deployment of the product across businesses, and ensuring the company is set up for success. Day in the Life
Manage account configurations for prospective customers, ensuring customers roll out product features correctly.Β 
Own a book of business of new leads, being the main point of contact for leads through the sales and onboarding processΒ 
Serve as a subject matter expert on all products and deliver confident instructions that educate and enable new users, illustrate the benefits of certain features, communicate value effectively, and instill confidence in their account configuration.Β 
Handle communications with assigned sales leads through email and scheduled calls (Zoom).Β 
Bring your personality to build rapport and meaningful relationships with businesses, building connections and earning trust.Β 
Collect product feedback from businesses and share it with the relevant teamsΒ 
Be proactive in self-education when product updates are released.Β 
Manage the customer's business challenges and present clear, ROI-driven strategies
Help customers set up and manage integrations with accounting systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero.Β 
Take responsibility, initiative, and coordinate internally to ensure support is always covered.Β 
Understand the product, its value, and keep up to date with evolving features/company changesΒ Β
