Otoe Missouria Group (OMG) is a tribally owned business dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions across federal, commercial, and tribal sectors. We provide expert program management, IT services, and operational support to mission-critical environments.

Position Summary

OMG Federal is proactively identifying qualified candidates for an upcoming opportunity supporting U.S. Army IT operations. This position is not currently funded but is anticipated as part of future program requirements. Selected candidates will be contacted as timelines are confirmed.

We are seeking a System Administrator to support enterprise IT operations at a Department of Defense site in Utah. This role will support the maintenance, configuration, and secure operation of enterprise systems critical to mission success.

**AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED**

Position Overview

The System Administrator will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and securing enterprise IT systems within a DoD environment. This role supports infrastructure operations, ensures compliance with cybersecurity requirements, and contributes to reliable system performance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server and enterprise IT environments
  • Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access controls
  • Support VMware environments, including virtual machines and infrastructure
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture
  • Apply patches, updates, and system configurations in accordance with STIGs and DoD policies
  • Assist with RMF compliance activities, audits, and documentation
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution
  • Support enterprise tools such as Citrix, SharePoint, and ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and engineering teams to ensure secure operations
  • Maintain documentation and follow standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Three plus (3+) years of experience supporting DoD or federal IT environments
  • One or more DoD 8570/8140 baseline certifications (Security+, CySA+, CASP+, GSEC, GCIH, or SSCP)
  • One or more Computing Environment (CE) certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA, MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, or VMware VCP/VCAP/VCDX)
  • Experience with Windows Server and enterprise system administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Active Directory, VMware, Windows Server, Citrix, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with RMF and STIG compliance

Certifications (Required/Preferred)

  • Baseline (one required): Security+, CySA+, CASP+, GSEC, GCIH, or SSCP
  • Computing Environment (one required): RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA, MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, VMware VCP/VCAP/VCDX

Additional Requirements

  • Resume and certification documentation required for submission
  • Ability to travel periodically for client meetings and program activities
  • Availability during standard business hours with flexibility based on mission needs
