Job description

The Symitar Programmer II role is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Symitar core processing applications and related software systems. This role will work independently or as part of a team to design, develop, and deploy solutions that meet the business requirements of the credit union in using Symitar.
What You'll Do:
  • Design, develop, test, and implement Symitar PowerOn.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Symitar applications.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and procedures.
What You'll Bring:
