Location: Aurora, IL
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Overtime Available)
Pay: $18.50/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dispatcher to join a busy logistics team in Aurora, IL. In this role, you'll support delivery operations by communicating with drivers, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring delivery issues are resolved efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls from delivery drivers and provide support as needed.
  • Communicate delivery updates and report issues to the appropriate departments.

  • Perform additional administrative and dispatch duties as assigned.
