Hourly Pay Rate: $46 Hourly (W-2), $57 Hourly (1099)

Speech Language Pathologist Job Duties:

· Provide efficient speech or swallow evaluations and/or screens of patients

· Develop plan of care, downgrade/upgrade as appropriate, manage meal texture

· Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.

Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.

Speech Language Pathologists will receive:
