Job Role: Treasury Contractor
Location: Remote (USA or Canada)
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
Reporting to the Assistant Treasury Team Lead in India, the contractor supports key aspects of
Clients Treasury Operations, including bank account management, bank fee analysis and
reporting, and supporting the integration of acquired companies.
Major Responsibilities:
• Support bank account administration, including opening/closing of bank accounts, and managing documentation and reporting.
• Support signatory administration, including adding and removing signatories for bank accounts in the US, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
• Support bank user administration, including conducting user audits and managing users on banking portals.
• Support bank fee management and related reporting.
• Support integration of acquired company bank accounts.
• Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures, including audit and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably in Business, Economics, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, managing bank accounts in North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Experience using banking portals across multiple countries / regions.
• Strong Microsoft Office suite capabilities.
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5 years+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, managing bank accounts in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
• Experience with various banking portals, preferably HSBCnet, BofA CashPro, SVB and PNC.
