Job description

Sustainability Solutions Account Manager
The Account Manager will be responsible for the success of Sustainability Solutions accounts by managing the overall relationship, but working closely with other departments and teams within the organization. Duties include, but are not limited to onboarding support, implementation, transition plans, account planning, project management, research, client engagement and support, leading both internal and external calls, and maintaining overall client satisfaction. In addition to daily responsibilities, this person will be the project lead for all account reviews as well as planning/executing projects to help with client needs. They will be required to both effectively manage their work and seamlessly meet corporate and portfolio-wide needs. Travel is required.

  • Use Sustainability Solutions & commercial real estate subject matter expertise to confer with customers and end users on desired features to be prioritized and built into the Goby technology
  • Keep a pulse on the market, including local, statewide, or national legislation, such as energy disclosure ordinances or benchmarking performance requirements; work with the product team, and customers on how to best productize these offerings
  • Be the advocate for Conservice and the Product team with regards to market demand for new features and functionality that will enrich our technology and increase our value
  • Review the Goby platform with customers periodically to gather feedback on what works, what might be extraneous, and how to better organize
  • Participate in Product roadmap review sessions where features and functionality are prioritized with Product senior leadership team.
