• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, needs, and strengths through structured interviews and standardized assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set measurable goals tailored to address each client's specific circumstances.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, helping clients navigate urgent challenges in a compassionate and effective manner.
• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of case notes, treatment plans, and client progress reports in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive services and recommend additional community resources as needed.
• Participate in case conferences, proactively sharing insights and advocating for clients' needs within interdisciplinary treatment meetings.
• Occasionally, provide expert testimony or documentation to support clients during legal proceedings or court obligations.

You will work with a diverse client population facing various challenges, including mental health disorders, emotional distress, trauma, neglect, and issues stemming from domestic violence and substance abuse. Your role will be essential in building trust and rapport with clients, allowing you to effectively guide them through their recovery journeys.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A demonstrated history of clinical experience in social work, counseling, or related fields.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
