The goal is to provide broad exposure to different functions, helping participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain field. Typically designed for recent graduates, these programs last from 12 to 24 months and often lead to full-time positions upon completion. Remote participation allows for flexibility and access to global teams, making it an attractive option for those seeking diverse experiences in supply chain management.
