This full-time position offers a remote work setting, providing you with flexibility while contributing to patient care from your own space. Although primarily home-based, you will be part of a dynamic team of clinicians who support one another through regular virtual meetings and collaborative case discussions. Our telehealth facility is equipped with advanced technology to facilitate seamless communication and documentation, enabling you to focus solely on your clients’ therapeutic needs.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments using standardized evaluation tools to identify mental health issues and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based modalities.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, adapting strategies to engage clients effectively and support their recovery process.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatrists and case managers to ensure that all aspects of the client’s well-being are addressed.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering a supportive environment that encourages participation in the therapeutic process.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards of practice.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. This role demands cultural sensitivity and a genuine commitment to understanding the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client. • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Extensive training and experience in delivering mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth format.
• A strong grasp of evidence-based practices for various mental health conditions, particularly in a remote context.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate clients throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care.

• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Background in providing trauma-informed care and working with underserved populations.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus and can enhance service delivery to diverse clients.
