• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in their Master’s program, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring your approach to meet diverse needs and preferences.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, as well as community resources to develop integrated treatment plans.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and current research in the mental health field.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in therapy techniques and practices, incorporating new knowledge into your work to optimize patient outcomes.

As a Supervisor Therapist at Harold Psychiatric Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your role will be essential in facilitating their journeys towards recovery, resilience, and self-discovery, utilizing a compassionate and client-focused therapeutic approach.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Professional liability insurance to practice as a licensed therapist.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, providing evidence-based psychotherapy services.

• Prior experience supervising practicum students or clinical interns.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele and understanding the nuances of delivering culturally competent care.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 100,000 per year, based on full-time or part-time status.
