Speech Pathologist - Contingent - PRN

Position Summary

The Speech Pathologist provides one-to-one, patient-centered care using advanced technology and clinical expertise in the home setting. Care is delivered through a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, social workers and home health aides. Candidates must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, technologically proficient and comfortable working autonomously.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Meets educational and experience requirements for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA OR
  • Meets educational requirements and is currently completing the supervised experience required for certification, registration or licensure in the State of Illinois (if applicable)
